British actor/comedian Russell Brand is the target of a media feeding frenzy of unproven claims of rape, sexual assault, and emotional abuse, the latest example of the unforgiving practice of cancel culture, Red Banyan crisis PR and cancel culture expert Evan Nierman wrote in a recent op ed published in The Messenger.

Evan notes in the article that Brand has not been charged with any crime and immediately proclaimed his innocence. He also points out that none of Brand’s alleged victims filed any reports with police until after the allegations were published in the media.

In the op ed, Evan explains when these attempts to influence the court of public opinion and immediately call for Brand’s head are so dangerous.
