About the Role

The Account Coordinator position is responsible for providing entry-level support for multiple account teams. Work includes ownership of developing media lists, media monitoring, research and media relations support.

Daily tasks are diverse and can include any of the following:

    • Desktop research on a range of issues and industries

    • Creative ideation

    • Press release writing

    • Pitch development

    • Identification of media targets

    • Media outreach and relationship building

    • Media monitoring

    • Social media strategy and management

    • Project management

The Account Executive may be involved in breaking news/crisis engagements and may be called upon to provide support in emergency situations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate possesses a mix of intellectual curiosity, energy, and emotional intelligence. He or she must enjoy working as part of a team and have a strong desire to grow and take on new responsibilities. About the Role

The Account Supervisor/Director is responsible for enhancing the image and reputation of Red Banyan through the successful development, maintenance and growth of both client accounts and staff.

Daily tasks are diverse and can include any of the following:

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and workflow to ensure that the team meets and exceeds client expectations as outlined in the scope of work for each client
  • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality
  • Serve as a role model to other team members
  • Monitor, engage and provide strategic counsel to clients
  • Develop strategic and creative integrated PR initiatives
  • Lead client teams, serving as the client-facing representative of Red Banyan
  • Fulfill tactical plans for clients
  • Keep track of deadlines and ensure all work is completed in a timely manner
  • Participate in preparation of new business pitches, proposals and/or presentations
  • Train and develop client services staff
  • Lead brainstorming efforts for events, outreach and other ways to add value for clients
  • Pitch stories and achieve consistent and demonstrable earned media results
  • Leverage existing press relationships, and constantly cultivate new contacts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including attending with clients, as required
  • Follow key trends by keeping abreast of each client’s industry, competition and coverage
  • Contribute to business growth through introducing existing clients to new capabilities

Qualifications

The ideal candidate possesses strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. He or she must have exceptional written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team. Bachelor’s degree required. 5+ years of strategic communications or agency experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience successfully managing teams.

About the Role

The Senior Account Executive has a very strong grasp of the tactical execution of public relations campaigns and continues to develop and refine strategic skills. While AEs and SAEs should both achieve results for clients and fulfill the deliverables outlined in each contract, SAEs must also demonstrate the capacity to consistently think and act strategically and proactively.

Bachelor’s degree required and 4+ years of experience in public relations or journalism, prior agency experience preferred.

ABOUT THE ROLE
 

The Client Success Coordinator (Inbound) is responsible for being first contact and first impression for all inbound leads, educating prospects, building rapport, successfully transitioning prospect to a Business Development Representative, managing Hubspot CRM and sending out reports in a timely manner.

Daily tasks are diverse and can include any of the following:

  • Receive and manage inbound prospect calls, set appointments, and follow-up on leads
  • Present, promote solutions Red Banyan can offer to prospects
  • Effectively communicate value propositions
  • Upsell additional products as needs arise
  • Prepare client agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, providing effective and efficient handoffs to the client teams
  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals
  • Stay up-to-date and understand market trends, competition, and industry developments
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
  • Use customer relationship management software (Hubspot) to manage leads and sales activities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of Intake Specialist, Client Success Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar experience
  • Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
  • Strong empathy for client and passion for revenue and growth
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a client and be able to address their needs
  • Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
  • Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in calling clients and making a sale
  • Excellent communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of Red Banyan’s services to potential clients
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong problem-solving skills
