Red Banyan Group founder Evan Nierman was recently quoted in a Modern Healthcare article about the recent turnover of senior executives at one organization following the flawed rollout of the website. Nierman stated, “Generally, any time there is a major initiative that has far-reaching implications and it doesn’t work out as planned, you’re likely to see turnover in key positions.”
Nierman is regularly called upon by local and national media to provide insight from a public relations and crisis management perspective. This comes on the heels of a recent interview that Nierman did with Inside Health Insurance Exchanges, in which he addressed the Obama Administration’s crisis PR efforts surrounding the Affordable Care Act and its website complications.
