Jean-Bart had served two decades as President of the Haitian Football Federation when anonymous accusations of abhorrent sexual abuse came at him fast and furious. He was cleared of any criminal wrong doing by the Haitian justice system but CAS banned him from soccer for life based on the lurid claims.
