The Anti-Defamation League’s National Religious Freedom Counsel and Southeastern Area Counsel David Barkey spoke with CBS 4 to discuss the increase in hate crimes over the past year in Florida.

Barkey shared his expertise on the issue and discussed the gaps that are currently present in laws regarding hate crimes under Florida law i.e. physical disability and gender, and the steps that ADL is taking to close those gaps.
