Red Banyan founder Evan Nierman was quoted by WRAL in a story on the growing backlash against data centers in North Carolina and the role secrecy and non-disclosure agreements play in fueling it.
Nierman said there is no doubt the data centers are losing the information war, arguing that companies spend far more time making their case to policymakers than to the residents who have to live next to the facilities.
