Before her tenure as Chief People Officer, Robbin was the Chief Operating Officer at Red Banyan for over eight years, where she led operational and business performance, always with a focus on people management and development. Based in West Florida, Robbin earned a bachelor’s degree with honors from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College and a MBA from Indiana State University.
