The Oneida Indian Nation yesterday announced that Tiger Woods would be among the premier golfers who are raising awareness and funding to address health and wellness concerns facing Native American children.
The Notah Begay III Foundation Challenge will take place for the seventh time on Aug. 27 at the Turning Stone Resort Casino’s Atunyote Golf Club. The star-studded field will include Woods, host Begay, Jason Dufner, Jimmy Walker, Jonas Blixt, Angel Cabrera and Louis Oosthuizen.
The field was announced yesterday in a press conference held at Exit 33, the remarkable entertainment complex that was unveiled last year at Turning Stone. Exit 33 includes restaurants, bars, lounges, nightclubs and one of Central New York’s top live music venues.
