Goebel, who is part of Red Banyan’s Florida team based out of Pensacola, previously worked as a Senior Account Executive.
In her new role, Goebel will assist Chief Operating Officer Robbin Lubbehusen with a variety of HR matters, with a focus on the implementation of a new project management and resourcing tool to streamline company operations. Her other responsibilities include training and onboarding.
Her background includes experience in public relations and social media strategy for various industries, as well as recruiting and onboarding new employees and streamlining operating procedures. Goebel has a Bachelor’s degree in public relations from Park University in Parkville, MO.
